AGG has successfully delivered over 80 units of 1MW containerized gensets to a Southeast Asian country, delivering continuous power supply across multiple islands. Engineered for 24/7 continuous operation, these units play a vital role in local government’s strategy to enhance energy reliability in remote and high-demand areas.

Project Challenges
Uninterrupted Operation:
Each genset must operate non-stop, placing heavy demands on engine reliability and cooling system performance.
High Demand for Air Intake and Exhaust:
Dozens of gensets run concurrently at each site, high exhaust and ventilation requirements.
Parallel Operation:
The project requires the parallel and simultaneous operation of multiple gensets.
Poor Fuel Quality:
Poor quality of the local fuel posed a challenge to the performance of the gensets.
Tight Delivery Timeline:
Customer's requirement for rapid deployment challenged AGG to accomplish mass production and logistics within a narrow timeframe.
AGG’s Turnkey Solution
To meet these challenges, AGG supplied more than 80 gensets with solid, durable and easy-to-install containerized enclosures that are well suited to the complex environment of different islands. These gensets are equipped with Cummins engines and Leroy Somer alternators for high performance, fuel flexibility, stable and efficient power output, ensuring reliable uninterrupted operation and long-term performance.
Equipped with DSE (Deep Sea Electronics) synchronized controllers, customer can have efficient and advanced control of all units while achieving superior parallel capability.
For such a large power system, safety is of paramount importance. To ensure a high level of system safety, AGG selected ABB circuit breakers for the gensets to ensure enhanced protection and operational safety under all conditions.
With a tight delivery schedule, AGG made a thorough production plan to deliver as fast as possible, and ultimately met the customer's delivery requirements.
