Personal information (sometimes referred to as personal data, personally identifiable information, or by other similar terms) refers to any information that can directly or indirectly identify you or reasonably be associated with you or your household. - To manage and support your interactions with us, such as responding to your questions about our products or services, processing orders or returns, enrolling you in programs at your request, or responding to your requests or similar activities related to our business operations;

- To manage and improve our services related to telematics business;
- To manage and improve services provided via digital tools;
- To support and enhance our customer relationships, such as collecting information about other products and services that may interest you based on your preferences and interacting with you;

- To monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities related to our services;

Our Service Providers, Contractors, and Processors: We may disclose your personal information to our service providers, contractors, and processors, such as personnel assisting with website operations, IT security, data centers or cloud services, communication services, and social media; individuals working with us on our products and services, such as dealers, distributors, service centers, and telematics partners; and individuals assisting us in providing other types of services. Please be advised that you may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority if you believe your rights have not been respected. In any case, AGG POWER will strictly comply with data protection regulations and will process your request respecting data confidentiality to the highest standards.
